Helping you get skills you need to access job opportunities. Available through our Hives, employability team, apprenticeships and schools programmes, choose a route that’s right for you.

We help people live independently in their homes, through simple aids and adaptations, alarm care services and affordable warmth programmes as well as services for those living with domestic abuse. Our supportive housing team help people stay safe in their homes.

Apprenticeships

An apprenticeship with Bernicia is a great way to start your career and gain real experience. We offer opportunities across a range of teams, where you can build skills, learn on the job and be supported throughout. Many of our apprentices go on to secure permanent roles with us.
