Sophie Dixon

Hi, I’m Sophie.

I joined Bernicia in 2023 as a Business Administration Apprentice. After completing my apprenticeship, I moved into the Employability Team.

I love supporting people to overcome barriers and achieve their goals, whether that’s finding employment, developing their skills or building their confidence. I enjoy helping people recognise their potential and seeing the positive difference the right support can make.
