Kamila Aitken

Hi, I’m Kamila Aitken, an Employment Liaison Officer in Bernicia’s Employability Team. For more than two years, I’ve supported over 130 people to take positive steps towards work or training. I’ve also helped over 50 people find secure, rewarding jobs.

I believe everyone can find a path that works for them with the right advice, encouragement and practical support. I can help with writing a CV, preparing for interviews, searching for jobs and completing applications. The support I offer is shaped around each person’s needs and goals.

Most importantly, I provide a friendly and welcoming space where people feel heard and supported. You can move at your own pace and work through any barriers in a way that feels right for you.
